The reservation can be canceled free of charge 14 days before arrival and the deposit will be fully refunded.
If the reservation is cancelled within 14 days of arrival, or in case a cancellation is not declared ahead of time the hotel keeps the full deposit as recompense.
You can check-in to your room from 15:00 on the day of arrival and please leave the room up to 10:00 on the day of departure.
