Creditcard guarantee:
You may provide the details of your creditcard. If you do so, the hotel reserves the right to charge the credit card up to the sum of the prepayment. Your personal details are protected by a secure serverconnection certified by Netlock. Wrong card details may lead to cancellation.
Bank transfer:
You may pay the prepayment via bank transfer.
You will find all necessary bank details in the confirmation letter.
Deadline is 14 days before arrival. If there are not enough banking days for the money to reach the hotel's bank account in time, then please choose online payment instead.
Non-payment may lead to cancellation.
You may collect the invoice of prepayment at the hotel upon check in.
In case you make a non-binding inquiry, no prepayment is needed.
Cancellation is free of charge 5 days prior to arrival. For late cancellation or no-show the hotel charges 50% of all reserved services.
You can check-in to your room from 15:00 on the day of arrival and please leave the room up to 10:00 on the day of departure.
On request there is a possibility for an early check-in or later check-out, please ask for it at the Reception.
