We send you a link in our confirmation email that redirects you to the payment webpage where you may pay whenever it is convenient for you.
However, please remember to pay before 2022.08.16. 18:00, or else your reservation will be cancelled automatically.
You may collect the invoice of prepayment at the hotel upon check in. To ensure check out is timely and observes social distancing, you may pay on the evening before the departure day with card (preferred) or cash.
In case you make a non-binding inquiry, no prepayment is needed.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge 5 days prior to the date of arrival until 14:00 pm.
In case of cancellation within 5 days of arrival or a NO SHOW the penalty is 50% of the total amount of reserved services.
You can check in from 3:00 p.m. Check-out time is until 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
The Estate has limited suitability for welcoming babies and children because of the many different design elements. Please take it into consideration by booking.
Pets are not allowed on the Estate.
In case you would like to get an invoice with the address of your company, please give the company's name, address and VAT number by booking. We cannot create invoice with company name without the VAT number. Thank you for your understanding!
