To book you will need to guarantee your booking. You may transfer the sum of the deposit, or you may give your creditcard details.
If you choose to transfer the deposit:
Please transfer the 50% of the price of the ordered services.
All bank details you need will be in our confirmation letter.
Deadline for the deposit to arrive the hotel's bank account is the seventh day for the arrival day.
If you think there are not enough banking days for the deposit to reach the hotel's bank account, please choose creditcard guarantee.
Without any guarantee the hotel may cancel your reservation.

The hotel reserves the right to charge your creditcard up to 50% of the price of the ordered services.

The accommodation contract can be cancelled in writing free of charge up to 7 days until 14:00 pm. before the agreed check-in-date.
For cancellation in 7 days before arrival, a fee of 50% of the total price will be charged.
In case of no-shows and cancellation or early departure, a fee of 100% will be charged.
The rooms are available for you from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check –out should be at 10:00 a.m.
